Summer FUN at GNS

Glenlyon Norfolk School is pleased to offer a variety of out of school programs to keep students entertained during school breaks

Summer FUN and COVID-19

Following the guidance of the Public Health Agency of Canada and the provincial health officer, we have developed a COVID-19 action plan with policies and procedures in place to maintain the health and safety of our participants, families and staff. Please be advised that although our camp registration is open, additional precautions, activities to maintain physical distancing and smaller group sizes will change the camp experience significantly. We are continually reviewing and monitoring the current situation and our camps are subject to change. Cancellations may occur in the rapidly evolving situation and we appreciate your on-going understanding to keep our community healthy and safe.
Arts, athletics, kayaking, creativity, magic and more—our summer programs offer something for everyone! Half- and full-day options are available as is free extended care where age-appropriate, and all camps and activities are open to both GNS and non-GNS children and families.

The cornerstone of GNS Camps is the excellent leaders, teachers and coaches, all of whom are experienced working with students, certified in First Aid and CPR-C, criminal record checks and vulnerable sector screening. Our leaders combine creative, active and collaborative ideas to deliver a quality program that emphasizes truth, courage, caring, individuality and community. The leader to student ratio is 1:10.
