We are excited that you are exploring our school as an option for your family and look forward guiding you through the application process.
Applications are accepted in the summer one year prior to entry and reviewed beginning in the fall.
For our Junior Kindergarten programs (JK3 and JK4) and Kindergarten, families are encouraged to complete their application by the early October. If you are applying after October 15, contact the Admissions Office before proceeding.
For all other grades, there is no application deadline—we will continue to accept and review applications throughout the school year as space is available.

The goal of the GNS boarding programs is to provide welcoming, safe and supportive living options for students from outside Victoria.
Please note that GNS does work with a select group of qualified international student recruitment countries to support the application process for families applying to GNS from abroad. If you are approached by a recruitment agency and wish to verify the status of their relationship with GNS, please reach out to our admissions team at admissions@mygns.ca. GNS also has a part-time Chinese parent Liaison Officer who can assist with translation. If you would like to be connected with our Liaison Officer, please let us know.
