At Glenlyon Norfolk School, we’re passionate about empowering the next generation of changemakers. If you answered yes to these questions, then we want to hear from you! The merit-based Momentum Scholarships of up to $10,000 are awarded to new domestic day students in Grade 10 and Grade 11 who demonstrate a strong academic background and interest in succeeding in a university-preparation environment.

At GNS, we offer more than just financial assistance. You’ll join a supportive community of like-minded individuals who share your ambitions. Together, you’ll be empowered to reach your full potential and become a leader who can contribute meaningfully to the world. For families that require additional support the GNS bursary program is available above and beyond this award.

How do I apply?

Get creative! We want to receive your best proposal for why you’d make a great GNS Momentum Scholar.

To apply:

Indicate your interest in the Momentum Scholarship and start your application process by emailing admissions@mygns.ca.
Using your application checklist

  • Upload a 90-second video to present yourself and show off your unique personality. Remember to highlight your positive contributions through leadership, volunteerism, athletics, clubs, and/or the arts.
  • Arrange for two letters of reference to be completed by a current coach, teacher/instructor or leader.
