Dr. Zederayko presented with Farewell Gifts from the PAC

As the school year ends and the Class of 2020 says goodbye, GNS is also bidding farewell to Dr. Glenn Zederayko, who had served as Head of School since 2015.

Earlier this week, Dr. Zederayko received parting gifts from the Parents’ Auxiliary Council (PAC), as a small symbol of appreciation for his five years of service to the school. On behalf of the PAC and all parents, Co-Presidents Lisa Saklas and Claudia Blum presented Dr. Zederayko with a gift basket full of local products and delicacies, as well as a custom goodbye card.

“While we don’t have the opportunity to say farewell to Dr. Z. in a formal way, it was still important to the PAC to express our appreciation for Glenn’s five great years at GNS,” said Lisa Saklas.

Claudia Blum adds, “The card contains several pages with heartfelt personal messages of thanks and well wishes from many GNS families and some beautiful photos of Glenn with students. It’s a nice recognition and memory for Glenn.”

Dr. Zederayko and his wife Claire are headed to Ontario where Glenn will begin his next headship in Toronto this September. Thank you for everything, Dr. Z!
