We are pleased to announce a recent enhancement to your parent access within Blackbaud, which now gives you the ability to view your school account statements online.

Statements are accessible by following the steps below:

Log in to your Blackbaud account
In the top right-hand corner under your name, select files and forms from the drop-down menu
Consolidated family statements will appear in the parent’s files and forms section, and statements for each child will appear in their respective files and forms section
Open the statement to review charges and credits assigned to your account, and to access any amount due.

Going forward, these statements will be uploaded by the 15th of the next month. We trust that this information will provide timely details of your charges and allow you to stay current with your account, and we welcome any feedback on our new process. Thank you for your patience while we implemented this function!
