Glenlyon Norfolk School (GNS) is an independent JK to Grade 12 day school that is supported by a caring and thriving community.

  • Administrative Assistant

    The Administrative Assistant is a key member of the Senior School office team responsible for managing student academic records and supporting the Pemberton Woods campus with the accurate processing of all consent forms and required documentation related to student trips.

  • Associate Director of Communications

    The Associate Director of Communications is a newly created role that will serve as an integral part of our Marketing and Communications team, responsible for advancing our content capabilities by creating compelling, on-brand, relevant communications through our various channels, both owned and earned, to amplify our brand image in the Greater Victoria community. You will use your skills and experience to harness the power of telling meaningful stories, and providing strategic expertise that will build collaborative community relationships with staff, parents, neighbours and the city as a whole.
  • Bus Drivers - Casual/On-Call

    We are looking for staff to drive a small fleet of GNS vehicles, including the school’s 24-passenger bus, safely transporting students to and from various school-related events and activities, as well as transport to and from the airport and ferry terminal.

  • Alumni Engagement Coordinator

    The Alumni Engagement Coordinator is charged with identifying, engaging with and conducting research on alumni by collecting and analyzing data from a broad range of sources. This role is responsible for planning and implementing events and initiatives that strategically engage alumni in lifelong meaningful relationships with the School, in addition to gathering information and identifying opportunities relating to alumni-specific fundraising initiatives.

  • Director of Facilities

    This is an opportunity for a strategically focused facilities leader who relishes the opportunity to apply their knowledge and experience to manage multiple projects in a vibrant, active environment.
  • IT Support & Data Specialist

    The IT Support & Data Specialist supports, maintains and develops school wide database systems. This role will also provide direct technical support and training to staff, students, and parents; install, repair, and maintain computers, AV equipment, and other school devices and equipment.

  • Theatre Manager

    The Theatre Manager will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including GNS administration, the teaching staff and Rental Manager to ensure the smooth operation of Denford Hall during assemblies, productions, rentals and other school related events and activities.

  • After School Care Workers

    The successful candidates will be motivated, self-directed individuals with excellent interpersonal skills to establish strong connections with students, parents and colleagues.
