Work on Phase I of the Beach Drive project continues to progress. This phase is made up of the new Kindergarten and Junior Kindergarten Pavilions. It also includes a comprehensive updating of the Boat House creating a great classroom that will later serve as a marine adventure and resource centre benefiting students of all ages. Our initial goal to complete Phase 1 prior to the beginning of September has met with a series of challenges that have slowed our progress. We are certain the buildings will open in mid-December and students will move into these wonderful new classrooms following Christmas Break. As we have done with prior moves, we will manage the process in a manner that ensures students experience little if any disruption, making for a seamless transition for our them and their families.
