Tax Receipts for 2020 Tax receipts have been prepared and are available in Blackbaud. These include T4As and T2202s, as well as Child Care and Non-instructional Time. Please note that the Non-instructional calculation has deducted the three months that students were on GNS GO! as students were not being monitored by teachers during this time. To find them, login and click on your name in the top right corner and select “Files & Forms.” Relevant tax forms should appear under your child’s name. Monthly Balances and Online Payments Added to Blackbaud To make account tracking easier for parents, the Finance Office has implemented the Blackbaud Billing Management system. Parents will be able to view their account balances by selecting the “Billing” tab from the main menu bar. This will make it simple for them to see if any money is owed to the school and to make any necessary payments online. Itemized statements up to January 31, 2021, were previously distributed using the old system and any outstanding balances have been carried forward into the new one. Moving forward, all monthly charges and payments will be managed through the new Billing Management system.
