By Kristina Thomson The GNS Senior School Swim Team had a fantastic season: they competed at the ISAA championships in Richmond, the Vancouver Island Zone Championships in Victoria, and several swimmers qualified for the Provincial Swimming Championships in Richmond this past weekend. All swimmers – Nicole Fast, Michaela Vandenham, Callum Robertson, Ava Dryden, Ethan Fast and Arran Robertson -are outstanding athletes. They showed tremendous talent at each meet along with a keen sense of sportsmanship and pride in the GNS swim program. Four swimmers qualified for provincials – Ava, Ethan, Nicole and Callum. Congratulations to our provincial champions – Nicole Fast (Gold medal) and Callum Robertson (Gold, Silver and 2 Bronze medals). Way to go Gryphons – what an exciting finish!
