WONDER Campaign Breaks $16 million!

We are excited to announce that we have raised $1 million since the community launch of our WONDER Campaign! This would not have been possible without the continued support from many GNS Heroes. “Each day, WONDER heroes come forward and make philanthropic gestures of support to our campaign. Moving forward, as we continue to work together as a community to build amazing facilities to match our programs, every donation, no matter the size, will be important,” says Chad Holtum, Deputy Head. “What will always be of greatest value is participation—at any level—in supporting all of our transformation initiatives.” Donja Blokker-Dalquist, co-chair of the WONDER Campaign cabinet, echoes that sentiment when she states, “It is so important that everyone in our community participates at whatever level they can.” Campus transformation work continues on-schedule on our Beach Drive Campus. The temporary gym is being well utilized by all our Junior School students who are excitedly looking forward to the completion of their new buildings. “The transformation of the Beach Drive Campus will create the finest junior school environment and facility, quite possibly, in Canada, and I am equally excited about the wonderful improvements that lay ahead for Pemberton Woods” says Chris Denford, WONDER Campaign cabinet member and former Chair of the GNS Board of Governors. “I encourage all members of our community to support the campaign to the best of their ability to help our school complete these leading edge facilities.” At GNS, we continue to be grateful for the unwavering support of our community of parents, grandparents, alumni, faculty, and friends.
